Use of the service
Kameti is provided to help admins and members organize committee-based savings operations, member schedules, installment tracking, and payout workflows.
You agree to use Kameti only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to manage.
Admin responsibilities
Admins are responsible for the accuracy of committee setup, payout order, member invitations, split slot configuration, payment method details, and approval decisions.
Admins should verify all amounts, names, and committee decisions before acting on them in the app.
Member responsibilities
Members are responsible for submitting accurate profile details, making payments on time, and uploading valid proof where required.
Members should immediately report any schedule, payout, or payment discrepancy to the committee admin.
No financial guarantee
Kameti is a management platform and does not guarantee payouts, collections, returns, or the behavior of any committee member or admin.
All financial arrangements, obligations, and disputes remain the responsibility of the committee participants.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time to maintain performance, security, or product direction.
We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kameti after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DanERP and Kameti are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Users remain responsible for reviewing committee actions, records, and approvals before relying on them.
