Kameti may collect names, phone numbers, committee membership details, payout schedules, installment records, payment proof uploads, and device notification tokens when required for the service.

If you choose to use contact-based member selection, the app may request contact access only to help you pick members more quickly.

We use collected information to create and manage Kametis, assign payout months, run lucky draws, send reminders, review payment proofs, and provide support.

We may also use technical logs and usage signals to improve stability, fix bugs, and protect the platform from abuse.

Receipt screenshots and other uploaded proof files are stored so admins can review installment submissions and maintain an audit trail for the committee.

Admins should only upload or manage payment proof that is relevant to the committee workflow.

Kameti data is shared within the relevant committee so admins and members can see the information needed to run that committee.

We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, notifications, storage, and support operations as needed to run the service.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect Kameti data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Data may be retained for operational, legal, support, and audit purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

You may request updates to inaccurate profile information and may contact support if you need help with account or committee data concerns.

If you no longer wish to use the service, sign out of the app and contact support for additional account-related requests.
